Following over twenty years in retail leadership I undertook a career change. I decided to follow my life long passion of working with people - without an agenda. I now hold a couple of positions in addition to private therapist. I support a very large retailer with Mental Health & Well-being. In addition I’m an Mental Health First Aid England instructor and plenary speaker.

I have a passion to support those who wish to drive off their mental ill-health, by adopting an holistic well-being strategy. I work within many theories of Psychotherapy and have built up a large and varied experience base over the years.
