We are originators of the MOJO method, which brings together evidence based practices grounded in neuroscience and integrates them with mood boosting nutrition and coaching tools so that you can achieve better health, wealth and happiness in your personal and professional life.
1. MOJO coaching to individuals and organisations on a one to one basis. Our coaching helps you to identify and release stress, anxiety, fear and the inner nit picker that holds you back. We help you to build resilience and confidence. And enable you to unleash your motivation and enthusiasm so that you can gain clarity about what you want and achieve it. We coach you in strategies and tools which help you navigate obstacles and the stuff that life throws at you, without stressing out and burning out. And we provide supportive and purposeful challenge to help you.
2. MOJO membership. A vibrant and supportive on-line community of education, training, collaboration, inspiration and motivation delivered by experts which will help you to hunt down your mojo and keep it. So that you can achieve what you deserve to achieve in life.
3. MOJO leadership. A pioneering approach to developing the leader within you and your organisation using the latest in brain based science and the MOJO method of leadership.
4. NeuroSculpting® coming soon. A powerful and unique brain training modality using self-directed neuroplasticity and intentional whole-brain engagement within a 5-step meditation process.
