Serious Laughter started out in 2016 with a purpose to help people just like you, needing more positivity in their lives. It’s really clear that laughter is the best medicine.
This world can be very serious. People can be very pessimistic. Laughter Yoga makes it not so. You will feel lighter, brighter, and thrive to be the authentic you.
Laughter Yoga is more laughter and a little deep Yogic breathing. It's fully accessible - sitting or standing to do laughter exercises. No special equipment or clothing is needed (and definitely not a Yoga mat in sight!).
Who am I? I'm Sara Kay, a Laughter Teacher who offers great empathy and understanding and encouragement for you to do intentional laughter - which creates those happy chemicals you need.
This is my passion - you see in 2016 I had depression and after a few months of looking for something to make me happy again, I found out about Laughter Yoga and knowing that I could now create joy inside me when I'm not at all happy was a life-changer.
I understand how hard it is to come to Laughter sessions, so online sessions are offered without video and
