I can help you improve fitness, muscle tone ,confidence and mental wellbeing through learning the skill of boxing at the pace you choose, whether it be in a small group or 121 training. My aim is to help people who do not like training in gyms and keep sessions fun and friendly and away from big egos. I train a lot of people with depression and social anxiety. I also train kids who have been bullied or going through tough times. I welcome anyone of any ability. No ego
