There are many resources available on the Internet to help when you are going through personal change, tough times and need help to navigate your own storm.
If you need help right now
If you have seriously injured yourself, or feel you might cause harm to yourself, and need immediate or emergency help, do one of the following:
- Call 999 straight away.
- Go to your nearest Accident & Emergency dept. if you are able to do so.
If you don’t need urgent help but still need medical attention or advice
- Call NHS 111 to talk to someone
If you don’t need urgent medical help but would still like to speak to someone
